The Assessment consists of several structured techniques that focus on assessing the child on a conscious, as well as unconscious level. Parent guidance therapy
Parent guidance is a method of providing help and guidance to parents so that they can be more effective in raising their children. Parents are helped to understand their own behavior in specific situations and why this may encourage or discourage specific behavioral or emotional challenges in their children and adolescents. Therapy can help parents identify the current emotional climate within the parent-child connection or dynamic and will isolate the specific parenting styles, parenting practices and attitudes that are healthy (strengths) or unhealthy (weaknesses). As one of the most crucial systems in a child's life, helping the parent to correct unhealthy or problematic parenting methods can lead to positive shifts in the parent-child system.

Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on the relationships within the family and aims to restore balance within the family system. Among other things, it focuses on effective communication, problem-solving skills, conflict management, roles and boundaries within the family.

Parent Guidance Therapy

Different parenting styles are discussed and parents are also given guidance in dealing with specific problems. Attention is also given to parents' emotional needs and self-care.
